RULES FOR ADMIT ONE 2008

Any University/amateur community theatre company is eligible to participate if it meets the following criteria:
• Productions entered in a Festival may be a cutting of a full-length play or musical, a one act play or any other performance of a theatrical nature.
• Each act or performance is limited to 45 minutes empty stage to empty stage. If a performing company elects to have a curtain call, it must be included within the 45 minutes prescribed.
• The companies are required to bring special sets, furniture and properties needed for their performance. The Organizing Committee can provide regular curtains, general furniture and properties only.
• If a production exceeds time limits, the performance will not be stopped. The adjudicators will be informed of the “overtime” and points may be deducted at their discretion.
• Profanities should be avoided.

The Festival reserves the right to monitor, direct, and if required, reschedule a performance.
